除了上 Facebook 平時都喜歡去 Instagram 看看別人做的食品,從中偷師找靈感。
而這個圖案做法是取自一位日本女仕,她用 icing color 將圖案畫在米紙上,然後放發酵好麵團上,焗成非常美麗的包包。
今次借用這概念,將焗的包換成蒸的饅頭,出來的效果都很好,滿意非常! 😃

透明膠片 Clear plastic sheet
1. 米紙放在膠片上再放在圖案紙上

2. 勾出圖案和著色

3. 待乾後沿著圖案剪成小塊即成

基本麵團 Basic dough
中筋麵粉 All purpose flour 200g
酵母 Yeast 2g
奶 Milk 105g
糖 Sugar 20g
油 Oil 4g
鹽少許 Salt a pinch
1. 混合所有材料然後搓成不粘手麵圑

4. 將每份小麵團搓實滚圓放在包底紙上

5. 放入蒸籠,鍋中放暖水加蓋發酵約30分鐘/漲大一倍
