在記憶中香港以前有些車仔檔售賣即切花生糖和香蕉糕,而其中最愛椰絲花生糖,每次遇上都會買些品嚐,也不知現在可有否存在,在多倫多就更難找到,可幸現在資訊發達,問一問谷歌,想要找到做法也不太難。但是紙上談兵易,實踐才重要,而今次成果也達到要求,真是心滿意足爾!
糖 Sugar 90g
麥芽糖 Maltose 70g
水 Water 120g
油 Oil 1 tsp
烤香花生 Roasted peanuts 250g
烤香芝麻 Roasted sesame seeds 50g
椰絲 Shredded coconut
1. 在模底舖上一層椰絲
Sprinkle a layer of shredded coconut at the base of mould

2. 糖加麥芽糖加水煮至121c
Mix sugar, maltose and water then heat to 121 c

3. 加入油,芝麻和花生反覆混合
Add oil, sesame seeds and peanuts then stir well

4. 倒入模中壓平
Pour into the prepared mould and flatten
5. 在面上灑上椰絲平均壓實
Sprinkle shredded coconut on top and press even
6. 待涼後切件即可食用
